Vitamin supplement

According to experts, as much as 80% of the Dutch population, particularly in winter, suffers from a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is produced by the skin under the influence of sunlight: so when we wear clothes, use sunscreen, have a darker skin tone, or during spring, autumn, and winter when the sun is not strong enough, not enough is produced. The Health Council therefore advises a daily supplement with a D3 supplement. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in bone formation (children/elderly), the immune system (resistance), and the nervous system (movement/reaction).

=cholecalciferol 1000 IU
 soy oil                       100 mg 

Ingredients:
cholecalciferol from wool fat (vitamin D3), SOY OIL
capsule shell: glycerine, water, gelatine

Usage
Take 1 softgel capsule daily with plenty of water.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
