According to experts, a staggering 80% of the Dutch population, especially in winter, suffers from a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is produced by the skin under the influence of sunlight: so when we wear clothes, use sunscreen, have darker skin, or during spring, autumn, and winter when the sun is not strong enough, too little is produced. The Health Council therefore advises a daily supplement with a D3 supplement. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in bone formation (children/elderly), the immune system (resistance), and the nervous system (movement/reaction).

Vitamin D3 from wool fat 15 mcg 300%
=cholecalciferol 600IU
soy oil 100 mg

Usage
Take 1 softgel capsule daily with plenty of water.
