(passiflorae herba extract 5:1) 100 mg               800 mg
 
Valerian                                 500 mg            4000 mg
(valerianae radix extract 5:1)    100 mg             800 mg 

Ingredients
melissae folium, passiflorae herba, valerianae radix, micro crystalline cellulose, silicone dioxide, Capsule shell: water, gelatine

Usage:
2-3 times daily 1 capsule. This may be increased to 3 times daily 2 capsules. Optionally, take another 2 capsules 1 hour before going to bed.
