Each capsule contains 225 mg of Maca extract.
Ingredients
Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii, walp), Filler: cellulose, Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, Capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Colourings: titanium dioxide, iron oxide.
Usage:
1 capsule in the morning and in the afternoon with meals, accompanied by a large glass of water.
