As a fourth-year health therapy student, I had already heard many positive things about Maca. Finally, the moment has come to try it myself. Sometimes I have allergic reactions to the fillers in tablets. Fortunately, that is not the case now. I have just started 8 days ago and am very curious about the long-term results. So far so good.
The plant-based capsules are fairly large, but I have no trouble taking them. They have no specific taste, which makes them easier to swallow. The packaging is convenient and you can easily see how many are left.

Maca (Lepicum meyenii) extract 4:1 375 mg

Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), maca extract, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegacaps)
3 x daily 1 vegacap with a meal.
The use of boswellia extract during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
