It is generally not a problem to take both capsules with one meal, but it can be beneficial to spread them throughout the day. By spreading the intake, you ensure a constant supply of nutrients throughout the day.
However, the most important thing is to take them in a way that works best for you and is most practical. If it is easier for you to take them both with the same meal, that is perfectly fine. The key is to ensure you receive the recommended dosage.
