Usage

Take 1 vegacaps twice a day, half an hour before or two hours after a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Use of L-Arginine during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.

Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called 'flush' (sometimes intense, but harmless), which is a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs, accompanied by a warm, burning, and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary.

Vitamin B6

Prolonged daily use of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the limbs.
