On recommendation, I ordered this multi with probiotics. It has a strong smell, but the active ingredients have a positive effect on my gut flora. Easy to take, and when taken with some food, you don't notice the taste.
Suitable for vegetarians

- Vitamin B12 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue
