Andohadin is a supplement that, due to its content of vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, magnesium, and copper, can contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal nerve function. Magnesium, vitamin B1, B3, B6, and B12 are also beneficial for concentration, learning ability, and memory. Zinc and vitamin B5 support busy work and stressful times.

My daughter, who is nearly eight, has been diagnosed with [.....] and [.....]. Despite this, she manages well at school, but in years 2, 3, and 4, she was always told that she struggles to focus, has poor concentration, and makes unnecessary mistakes due to not reading properly. We did not want her to start medication, so after much correspondence with Vitaminstore, we began using Andohadin. Additionally, she has been taking MoR Epa Mini and extra vitamin D for years. We started with 2 capsules a day but now give her 3 every other day. What a difference it has made. She is still quite lively, especially at home, but we don't mind that too much. Her performance at school has improved; she can now focus and concentrate better, and her new teacher in year 5 has also noted that she is doing well. We are extremely satisfied and will continue with this. Thank you for your advice.
I haven't seen any results yet with my 5-year-old son. He doesn't like it much because I have to open the capsule and mix it with something to drink. However, he is still taking it, and hopefully, we will see results soon.

If my son does not take the pills, I notice a huge difference in his reactions towards others and his hyperactivity. I am very pleased with these pills. Now I am going to combine them with Calmcare to see how he is then.
My 7-year-old son has concentration problems and does not pay attention well at school. He also doesn’t always have a good listening posture. Recently, I was advised to try this. Previously, I tried el Mare fish oil for 8 months. But there was no result. So, I am very curious about what this product will deliver for us. I hope it will be a good aid. Should he also continue taking fish oil alongside this, or is this sufficient? Does anyone have experience with this? Suggestions would be appreciated!

However, you could opt for a multivitamin and possibly supplement with certain herbs you wish to add. For personal advice, I recommend contacting one of our product specialists.
Is there an alternative to andohadin? Now that the 180-capsule packaging has been withdrawn and replaced with a 120-capsule packaging for the same price, it is no longer attractive for daily use. I am looking for an alternative that also contains at least vitamin B6, B1, B3, magnesium, zinc, and ginkgo, and that is suitable for children. I had been using it for years to my satisfaction for my son, in combination with MorEpa Mini, and he benefited from it in terms of his concentration problems.

This dietary supplement reduces feelings of restlessness, improves concentration and focus, and offers a good source of support through vitamins and minerals. You could then complement this with a good omega 3 fatty acid, such as the Möller's fish oil, which is highly dosed with DHA. DHA is beneficial for brain development. The concentration & focus from Essential Organics is suitable from 12 years or for active children from 8 years. The recommendation is 1 capsule per day.

Especially for the winter and spring periods, it is advisable to take a vitamin D supplement, preferably in a dose of at least 25 mcg, such as in the Super D3 25 mcg (1000 IU). Vitamin D is not only important for immunity but is also crucial for calcium absorption, and calcium plays a very important role in the brain. Calcium is essential for normal nerve impulse transmission.
Furthermore, it cannot be emphasised enough how important physical exercise is. Our brains depend on regular, intensive physical activity for optimal functioning. Therefore, ensure that you engage in intensive sports at least twice a week, and/or for example, start your day with yoga exercises. This latter can also help make you more resilient to stimuli from the environment due to its meditative aspect.
I am looking for a good, complete multivitamin for my two sons (7 and 4 years old). Does a multivitamin also have a positive effect on sleep quality? Our eldest son often has difficulty falling asleep and wakes up very early, while still feeling tired. He tends to overthink...

Given their age, the Elke Dag Junior Stevia (children's multi) is an excellent choice.
Sleep problems usually have causes other than a lack of vitamins and minerals. Does your eldest son’s bedroom have sufficient blackout curtains? Light negatively affects the body's production of melatonin, the sleep hormone.
Difficulty falling asleep can also be related to too much light in the bedroom (including light from street lamps or the moon). And above all, the use of screens in the hours leading up to bedtime. Dim the lights indoors when it gets dark outside, and turn off all screens (laptop, mobile, Nintendo DS, etc.) in good time.
If this does not help sufficiently, the Melatonin 1 mg lozenges are worth trying. Taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime can help with falling asleep faster.
Children between the ages of 4 and 7 need between 11 and 12 hours of sleep. If this cannot be achieved in one go, see if they can have a little extra rest in the afternoon.
