agrimony, alchemilla, anise, apple, basil, savoury, blackberry leaves, nettle leaves, lemon, lemon peel, ramsons, dill, tarragon, tricolour violet, yarrow, speedwell, eucalyptus, fenugreek, raspberry leaves, common linden, marigold clusters, marshmallow, horsetail, ground ivy, vervain, juniper berries, chamomile, cinnamon, caraway fruits, coriander fruits, clove, curly parsley, turmeric, lovage, lavender, lime blossoms, lungwort, mate leaves, melissa, meadowsweet, oregano, dandelion roots, peppermint leaf, rose, rosemary, sage, celery, thyme, fennel, plantain, silverweed, black pepper
2 grams per tea bag
Alka Tea consists solely of natural ingredients and contains no aromatic additives.
Place the herbal filter in a cup and add 250ml of boiling water. Allow the herbal filter to steep for 5 minutes. Stir briefly and drink slowly. You may let the herbal filter steep longer if you prefer a stronger herbal tea. Store opened tea boxes in a cool, dry place to ensure the quality of the tea.
Alka Drops in your Alka Tea
If you find it difficult to drink 5 glasses of water with Alka® Drops daily, you can also add Alka® Drops to a cup of Alka® Tea. Replace, for instance, 2 glasses of water with 2 cups of Alka® Tea with 4 drops. Drink this on an empty stomach, some time before or between meals.

What are the tea bags made of? Are they free from plastic?

Dear , Is it possible that drinking too much of the tea can cause a bladder infection? Due to insufficient acidity in the urine?
On 06 march 2025 by Customer serviceYes, that is possible. Excessive consumption of Alka tea or other alkalising products may potentially contribute to a disruption of the natural acidity of your urine, which could indirectly increase the risk of a bladder infection.
I've now drunk Alka tea twice, but it gives me a stomach ache. Is this something that occurs more frequently when drinking the tea?

Everyone reacts differently to dietary supplements, and this may also be the case with Alka Tea. It’s possible that your body needs to adjust to the tea, especially if you’re not used to drinking herbal infusions.
If the stomach ache persists, it would be wise to stop using the tea and contact your GP.
