I use this remedy for 21 consecutive days and then have a break week. I feel much better.
I wish I had started using the cream years ago... I like it and will definitely continue using it. One downside is the tube. Before long, you can barely get anything out by squeezing it, or too much comes out at once. Very annoying! By cutting the tube open, you can still use it for a few more weeks.
It definitely works 💜
I've been using it for years. Satisfied

Ingredients
Water/Eau, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Gel*, Persea Gratissma (Avocado) Oil*, Vegetable Glycerin, Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark) Extract*, USP Progesterone (derived from Wild Yam - 20 mg per ¼ teaspoon and 950 mg per 50-gram tube), Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil*, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract*, Silymarin Marianum (Milk Thistle) Extract*, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Oil), Chamomile Extract, Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Oil*, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Vitus Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract*, Vitamin A Palmitate.
*Certified Organic
Gently massage ¼ or 1/8 teaspoon of cream daily onto areas where your skin is thin. Consider places where you might blush, such as the neck and face, or your chest, the inside of arms or thighs, your palms or soles (unless your hands or feet are heavily calloused).
The optimal approach is to divide the above amount into a large dose at bedtime and a small dose in the morning. Or follow the instructions of your healthcare professional. If this division does not suit you, choose the most convenient time for you to apply the full dose of cream. Choose a different part of your skin each day to avoid over-treating certain areas.
On the back of the Progesterine™ tube, you will find a small dot that you can use to easily determine the dosage. A round, pea-sized dollop of cream the size of the dot corresponds to approximately 1/16 teaspoon of cream, two of these dollops to 1/8 teaspoon. For ¼ teaspoon, apply four pea-sized dots.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not expose to excessive heat.

Hello, I have successfully used Dr Lee's Progesterall cream for many years. It suddenly disappeared and now I'm unsure whether this is exactly the same as before. I'm struggling with an extreme case of shingles and would like to start applying it, but only on the condition that it is exactly the same. I can't find this information anywhere.
This is a revised version and therefore not exactly the same. Also see one of the other questions below: The Progresterine is the updated, improved version of the Progesterall. If you look at the amount of the main ingredient, progesterone, there is slightly more progesterone in the Progresterine than there was in the Progesterall.
Furthermore, as you can see from the ingredients, a few more organic components have been added, such as Aloe Vera and Avocado Oil.
Can you apply this cream without using oestrogen? And does it make sense if you're already post-menopausal but experiencing a lot of symptoms, especially concentration issues and brain fog? Thank you in advance.
Yes, this cream can also be used without using oestrogen alongside it. Whether this product effectively alleviates your symptoms is difficult to determine, as every body reacts differently.
I have a question about the progesterone cream. I read that you use it from ovulation until your period. But what if the cycle has become completely unpredictable due to perimenopause? Sometimes no period for 3 months, then every month again. Additionally, I've always had an irregular cycle. My ovulation is/was always around day 19 to 22 and my period starts around day 28. So, a short luteal phase. When should I use this cream now?
With an irregular cycle, using progesterone cream can indeed be a bit confusing.
If you haven't had a period for more than 6 weeks, you might choose to use the cream for 14 days and then stop for 14 days, to simulate a sort of artificial cycle.
If you experience an irregular or short luteal phase, start using it about 3 days after your suspected ovulation (for instance, around day 22 if your ovulation was normally around day 19-22) and use it for a maximum of 14 days or until your period begins.
Hello, I am a 57-year-old woman. Due to joint pains caused by menopause, I took Femoston for nearly 3 years. Since it is better to stop, I ceased taking it at the beginning of December last year. So far, I haven't had a period and fortunately, I no longer have pain. However, my mood is still unsteady and I don't sleep well. I take collagen and now want to start using progesterone cream to see if it can help with the instability in my head. But is this wise? I'm afraid I might start menstruating again. Is that possible? What would be the best course of action?
It's possible that it might return once more, as your body is trying to rebalance itself. It may take some time for your body to find its balance again. You can then stop for a while. It's important to listen to your body carefully.
Hello, I want to start using this product for my PMS symptoms. I have a coil. When should I begin applying it? And do I need to stop applying it at some point?
Many women find it convenient to start using the cream on the first day of the month and stop on day 24 to 26, then continue again on the first day of the following month.
