Frequently asked questions about VitaminClub
How can I exchange my VitaminPoints for shop credit?
At certain times, your VitaminPoints are converted into shop credit. You need at least 75 VitaminPoints for this. Each shop credit voucher has an expiry date, so don't wait too long to use it. Didn't use your shop credit voucher this time? Then your points will remain, you continue to save, and they will be converted into shop credit again next time.
How can I progress to a higher level?
The more you buy, the higher your level! To move up to the next level, it's not your VitaminPoints that count, but the number of purchases you've made in the past 12 months. Want to maintain your level? Then keep shopping regularly at Vitaminstore.
How do I know what level I am at?
Once you are logged in, you will see this in two places:

What is the difference between shop credit and a member voucher?
Here's how it works:

You receive shop credit when you've saved enough VitaminPoints (at least 75). This is a voucher you can use for a discount on your purchase amount.

A member voucher is a personal voucher you receive based on your interests and purchasing behaviour or the level you're at. For instance, from level 2 as an Active Adventurer, you receive a voucher on your birthday or to try a new product.
How many VitaminPoints do I need for a €10 shop credit voucher?
For every euro you spend, you earn 1 VitaminPoint. Here's how it works:

75 VitaminPoints for a €2.50 voucher

150 VitaminPoints for a €5 voucher

250 VitaminPoints for a €10 voucher

How do I receive member vouchers?
Member vouchers are determined based on your personal interests and purchases, such as your preferred brands or the information from your completed vitamin test. In collaboration with our top brands, we ensure that we can provide you with relevant vouchers.
Is there a minimum order amount if I want to use store credit?
Yes, it works as follows:
- With 75 points, you receive €2.50 with a minimum order amount of €25
- With 150 points, you receive €5 with a minimum order amount of €30
- With 250 points, you receive €10 with a minimum order amount of €35
What are the terms and conditions of VitaminClub?
The main terms and conditions
- VitaminClub membership is free and personal (non-transferable)
- You earn 1 VitaminPoint per €1 spent
- VitaminPoints are valid for 2 years from issuance
- 250 VitaminPoints = €10 discount with a minimum spend of €35
- VitaminPoints are not earned on shipping costs, gift vouchers, and promotions (unless otherwise stated)
- Upon returning items, the VitaminPoints from that order will be retracted
- Your membership is valid for 2 years after your last purchase
- You may terminate your participation at any time (your VitaminPoints will then expire)
- Vitaminstore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions
