Ingredients per tablet:
Birch leaf, Nettle leaf, Ash leaf, St John's Wort, Yarrow, Rue, Valerian root, Melissa leaf, Peppermint leaf, Juniper berry, Lavender flower, Rosemary, Liquorice root, microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silica.

Usage
Take 2 tablets with water 3 - 4 times daily
Children 3-4 times daily 1/2 to 1 tablet. 
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless prescribed by your healthcare provider.

St John's Wort may affect the action of medicines, consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
