Use once or several times a day on the joints that are causing discomfort. The gel is pleasant to use and has a fresh scent. Allow it to absorb; rinsing off is not necessary. For severe complaints, you can also use the gel as a joint wrap. Covering with a film provides extra warmth, allowing the gel to penetrate better and work optimally.
