This gel is very easy to use and gives me just that little bit of extra relaxation. Highly recommended and the delivery was also pleasantly quick.
I've been using this for years with great satisfaction. I apply it to my arms, neck, legs, and feet before I go to bed and let it soak in for about a quarter of an hour. Meanwhile, I continue with my bathroom routine. Since it tingles and itches a bit, which is actually a good sign, I then wash it off with a flannel. A pleasant side effect is that my skin looks beautifully radiant the next day, is well-hydrated, and feels lovely and soft. The [.....] on my leg was significantly reduced after just a day. I use it to boost my magnesium levels, as nearly all of us have a deficiency, leading to various complaints.
Your skin responds positively to the magnesium straight away. It is advisable to apply it before going to bed, as it can be quite sticky.

Therefore, you do not necessarily need to apply the gel to the area where you wish to see an effect. For instance, if you have a twitching eyelid or a nervous tic, it is not necessary to apply the gel directly to the eyelid.
