sour cherry (Montmorency) extract, bromelain concentrate, ascorbic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), boswellia extract, turmeric extract, thickener (pectin), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), biotin, niacinamide, bulking agent (hydroxypropylcellulose), gelling agent (glycerine), pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin-5' -phosphate, thiamine HCl, cyanocobalamin.
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional. Preferably take half an hour before or one and a half hours after a meal with sufficient water.
Store in a dry, sealed place at room temperature.
