This is the only nappy cream that doesn't cause my daughter to break out and quickly heals sore bottoms.
This bum balm is soft and natural, it works very well, no more nappy rash!! It smells lovely! The delivery was super fast, very satisfied!
Works well against redness and itching. The balm also smells lovely.
For some time now, I have been caring for my ladies' bums with Weleda's cream and I wouldn't want anything else. The cream applies nicely and works well without any unnecessary added nonsense. I can recommend it to everyone.
If your little one is teething, it can also cause red and chapped bottoms.
The ingredients lanolin, beeswax and especially zinc in the Calendula Nappy Cream form a natural, protective layer between the delicate baby skin and the irritating moisture from the nappy. Once the Nappy Cream is applied, calendula and chamomile extracts can start their soothing work. You can see the first results by the next nappy change!
Tip:
The skin folds of your baby can sometimes be difficult to keep dry; rough patches may form. On these spots, the Calendula Nappy Cream works soothingly and purifying.

Ingredients
- Calendula extract purifies and soothes chapped spots.
- Chamomile extract soothes the skin.
- Zinc oxide protects the sensitive skin against irritating moisture (acidic nappy contents).
- Almond oil nourishes and cares for the skin.
- Sesame oil (organic) nourishes and cares for the skin.
- Beeswax protects the delicate baby skin without sealing it, gives the product consistency and has emulsifying properties (binds the oily and watery parts of the product).
- Lanolin (wool wax) intensively protects the sensitive skin.
- Clay (hectorite) cleanses and degreases and gives the product consistency.
- Water serves as a diluent and acts as a solvent in making extracts.
- Fatty acid glyceride, made from vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil, coconut oil, and palm oil and vegetable glycerine, acts as an emulsifier (binds the oily and watery parts).
- Composition of natural essential oils, including essential oil of lavender, sage and ylang-ylang, acts as a fragrance and has a preservative effect.
When applying a new nappy, you can clean the bottom with a damp cloth or washcloth, possibly with some Calendula Body Milk on it, after removing the nappy.
Then, apply a thick layer of Calendula Nappy Cream to create a truly protective layer between the damaged bottom and moisture.
If your child has very red and sensitive bottoms, Calendula Nappy Cream should be used at every nappy change.
Once the skin is calm again, you can switch to Calendula Body Cream for daily care of the bottom.

I recently noticed that the date on the Weleda nappy cream had expired. Is that really a problem, can I no longer use it?
