What a lovely oil, it warms the muscles and helps the muscle pain to disappear much faster! Highly recommended.
For the past few months, I've been experiencing more stiffness in my muscles, whereas I used to be quite flexible. I now use this oil after showering, even when I haven't exercised. It has a very pleasant, noticeably positive effect on my body. It smells lovely and absorbs quickly into the skin.
I use the product daily for my stiff muscles. Lovely massage oil and it warms the muscles. It is not greasy, absorbs well into the skin.
The oil smells good and spreads well.
This is one of the few skincare products that you notice helps quite quickly!
In addition to having a warming effect on the skin, Arnica Massage Oil also has the property of relaxing stiff and tight muscles. The oil provides an insulating layer around you. Essential oils of rosemary and lavender stimulate circulation and provide an invigorating scent.
Tip: Do you suffer from cold feet? If warm socks alone don't help, you can massage your feet daily with warming Arnica Massage Oil. A foot bath – with or without a capful of this oil - is also a good remedy.
Tip: A massage before or after sports reduces the risk of injury and shortens muscle recovery time.

Active ingredients:
• Sunflower oil is a very fluid base oil that spreads well over the skin and ensures good contact with the skin during a massage. It does not dry out the skin. Additionally, it has a softening, warming, and soothing effect on the skin and nourishes it with vitamins and minerals.
• Olive oil is not only a base oil but also a solvent for making extracts. The oil has a warming effect and nourishes the skin with unsaturated fatty acids.
• Olive oil extract of Arnica (wolf's bane)
• Olive oil extract of birch leaf
• Composition of natural essential oils including essential oil of rosemary and lavender acts as a fragrance and has a preservative effect.
Ingredients (INCI): Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Fragrance (Parfum)*, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Betula Alba Leaf Extract, Limonene*, Linalool*, Geraniol*, Coumarin*. * from natural essential oils.
Arnica Massage Oil has a variety of uses. This oil can be used as a massage oil, in a warm bath, or after a bath or shower.
For a warm bath, add 3 to 4 caps to the filled bath. After a shower or bath, you can apply the oil thinly and lightly massage it into the still damp skin. The body oil absorbs without leaving a greasy film.
