Apply Arnica Ointment two to three times a day to the area to be treated and gently massage in. Arnica Ointment is suitable for all ages.
For use on intact skin only, so not on open wounds. Apply Arnica Ointment to the muscles two to three times daily and gently massage in. As a first-aid product, we recommend Arnica Gel.
