Weleda's Arnica Gel cools and supports the recovery of sensitive and stiff muscles. It can be used as first aid after sports or other physical exertion.
Due to its composition, Arnica Gel provides immediate cooling. Additionally, Arnica promotes circulation, allowing oxygen and nutrients to reach the affected area more quickly and waste products to be removed more swiftly.

I have undergone knee surgery I have been suffering from muscle pain.... I started using this cream for that reason... and it is truly a blessing to experience that it actually relieves the muscle pain quickly and for a long time... it is recommended to apply it several times a day for better results.... a real recommendation It's a pity that such a thing is not included in an insurance package... so it's quite a significant additional financial expense... unfortunately.

Ingredients
Active ingredients:
• Leopard's bane extract (Arnica)
• Glycerol from vegetable oils (provides firmness and smooths the emulsion)
• Xanthan, a product of microorganisms (acts as a natural thickener and stabilises the emulsion)
• Water cools and acts as a solvent in the preparation of extracts
• Alcohol acts as a solvent in the preparation of extracts and serves as a preservative
Apply Arnica gel as soon as possible and then several times a day on the affected area. If desired, cover with a bandage or wrap. The gel spreads easily.
The gel is intended for external use only and should not be applied to open wounds.

On 21 february 2009 by Customer serviceYou can also use the Arnica Gel for that. I recommend starting with a small amount the first time to see how the skin around your eyes reacts. Please be careful not to let the Arnica Gel get into your eyes!
