This product isn't for everyone. After an afternoon of training, I decided to treat my muscles with this warming cream. At first, I felt nothing. But after a minute, I was on fire. My entire skin was bright red and burning intensely. It was incredibly painful. I jumped straight into the shower to wash it all off, but the burning sensation wasn't easy to rinse away. After showering, I used Rescue Cream to help the skin recover. Fortunately, after two hours, the ordeal was over.
I use it very regularly to massage the muscles effectively; the heat makes it work much better.
Spiroflor Sport (Warm) can be applied for faster recovery of muscles and tendons after training or sports performance. Spiroflor Sport (Warm) is a plant-based product containing Bellis perennis, Spiraea ulmaria, and Arnica montana.
Spiraea ulmaria contains salicylates, known for their nurturing properties for sensitive muscles and tendons. Bellis perennis promotes circulation in heavily strained and sensitive muscles and tendons. Arnica montana supports the recovery of heavily strained muscles and tendons after physical exertion.
Additionally, Spiroflor Sport (Warm) contains methyl nicotinate. Methyl nicotinate is well absorbed by the skin and promotes circulation for a warm and soothing sensation.
