The ingredients in the formula are excellent and it's exceptionally effective. Highly recommended product!
Easy to take. I've been using it for two months now and my {***} are less intense. I don't know if it's due to the inositol, but I do notice a difference!
Since I've been using this supplement for a month, my {***} has been shifting slightly. For me, it's been a positive change, so I'm very pleased. Easy to use, average-sized capsule and easy to swallow.

Ingredients
Inositol, Filler (Rice Flour), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Rice Concentrate).
Take 1 vegicap twice a day. Preferably take with meals.
Store in a cool (but not refrigerated), dry place and keep out of reach of young children.
