Super Fish Oil mini pack

If you eat fish less than once a week, it’s a good idea to supplement your diet with omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats, meaning your body cannot produce them itself and you need to obtain them through your diet. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA have a beneficial effect on the heart, and DHA also contributes to normal vision and healthy brain function. Eating oily fish, rich in EPA and DHA, is therefore often recommended in official healthy eating guidelines. Good sources include oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines and herring.

Super Fish Oil Omega-3 is a high-quality supplement containing premium EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It is a natural fish oil in triglyceride form and comes in an easy-to-swallow softgel capsule made from fish gelatine.

Super Fish Oil contains a pure fish oil concentrate and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids sourced from oily fish. Super Fish Oil contains almost double the amount of EPA and DHA compared with standard fish oil products: 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA per capsule! Most regular fish oil capsules contain only 180 mg EPA and 130 mg DHA. Super Fish Oil is of the highest quality and purity. The omega-3 fatty acids are in their natural ‘triglyceride’ form to support bioavailability.

Vitamin E has been added to protect against oxidation. This vitamin not only helps protect our cells against oxidative damage, but also supports optimal absorption and effectiveness of the omega fatty acids. In addition, adding vitamin E extends the capsules’ shelf life.
