Hello, I use your super multi which contains 20% turmeric extract, of which 12.5 mg is curcumin. With this product, am I getting too much turmeric or should I say curcumin daily? Thanks in advance, Regards Carla
On 06 november 2025 by Customer serviceThe Super Multi does indeed contain a small amount of turmeric extract (approximately 12.5 mg of curcumin per daily dose). This is a modest amount, intended as support within a multivitamin.
On the other hand, the Liposomal Curcuma contains a much higher dosage of curcumin and is really used as a targeted supplement when extra support is needed.
So, it's not a problem to combine both products — you won't be consuming an excessive amount of turmeric or curcumin.
However, if you have a medical condition or are using blood thinners, it's wise to consult your doctor just to be sure.
