The gift card was a bit confusing for me, because the website states/stated that it is only available online. However, it is also available in the shop. They wrapped it very nicely there.

When will I receive the gift card?
It will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes after placing your order. Not received anything? Have a quick look in your spam folder.
How do I give the gift card as a present?
Forward the email or print it out. The recipient will then have everything they need: card number, PIN and barcode.
Can I use multiple gift cards?
Yes. You can use multiple gift cards in a single order. If your order costs more than the balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment od.

How many digits does this gift card code and PIN have, as I am not sure if I have the correct one?
On 06 august 2019 by Customer serviceOn the gift card, there is a barcode with the card number below it consisting of 19 digits.
Above the barcode, there is a scratch-off layer revealing the PIN consisting of 6 digits.
The gift card is our digital voucher and should not be confused with the Vitaminclub loyalty card used in our stores.
