After extensive research into which vitamins and minerals, and in what quantities, would be beneficial against the negative symptoms of my underactive thyroid, I came across this product. After two months of taking it, I noticed a significant difference; and I discovered this quite by accident. I had to have a blood test and decided not to take these additional supplements for two weeks, only taking my thyroid medication. I became tired again, lost interest, and had no energy, but I didn't know why. After four weeks, I realised I had stopped taking the supplements. Long story short, I started again and now feel well, energetic, and interested in things once more. I am writing this in the hope of helping more people with an underactive thyroid, as medication alone did not relieve my fatigue. Do give it some time and perhaps additionally take vitamin D, magnesium, and vitamin C. Good luck!

Ingredients
Ashwagandha extract (withania somnifera, root (contains MILK), myo-inositol, vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), minerals (iron, zinc, selenium), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), vitamins (D3, A), rice flour (oryza sativa)
Take 2 capsules per day between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal) with water.
Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
In cases of increased iodine requirement, it may be necessary to combine this product with an iodine supplement such as Vitals Iodine bio.
Store in a dry, sealed place at room temperature.
This product is a food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of young children.

Hello Team Vitaminstore, My husband has an overactive thyroid and therefore cannot take a multivitamin containing iodine. Which multivitamin or supplementary vitamins would you recommend in his case?
