PeaPlex® contains 400 mg of pure palmitoylethanolamide (PeaPure®) per vegetarian capsule, supplemented with a B-vitamin complex, ideal for those who do not yet use a multivitamin or B-complex supplement. However, this product can also be used alongside a multivitamin from the Elke Dag series if desired. A benefit of combining PEA and B vitamins in one product is the increased convenience it offers.
Function
The B vitamins in PeaPlex® support health in various ways. For instance, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and biotin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Additionally, vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid have a positive influence on the immune system. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters. Finally, vitamin B2 helps protect healthy body cells.

Ingredients:
Palmitoylethanolamide, vitamins, filler: dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule).
Contains no:
Gluten, lactose, soy, GMOs, preservatives, and synthetic fragrances, colours, and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
During the first two months, take one capsule three times a day with a meal and plenty of water, or as advised. The daily dosage can also be taken in two doses (for example, two capsules in the morning and one in the evening).
It is strongly recommended to use PeaPlex consistently for at least two months. Most users of PeaPlex notice a difference after a few weeks. After two months, you may consider:
- Continuing with a twice-daily capsule intake
- Reducing intake to once daily
- Discontinuing intake
If results decrease after lowering the dosage, it is advised to increase the dosage back to two or three times daily.
This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year (legally required notice for products with a maximum of 3 mg of vitamin B6 per daily dose).
