Enzyme Formula Pro is a balanced formula containing various types of enzymes, including those that break down carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. The product consists of an enzyme complex (BioCore® Optimum Complete) supplemented with a special gluten-breaking enzyme branded as Tolerase® G. Gluten are proteins naturally found in certain grains, such as wheat, rye, and barley. As gluten are rich in the amino acid proline, they can be difficult to break down. Enzyme Formula Pro can be used with any meal and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
