Usage:
adults 3 to 6 capsules per day, take at least one hour before or after a (protein-rich) meal with water. Not recommended for children up to 12, during pregnancy, lactation, phenylketonuria, and the use of antidepressants, such as MAO inhibitors. The capsule may be removed.
