This Teasel Tincture is of organic quality and obtained through a maximum concentrated alcoholic extraction (a one-to-one ratio from the fresh roots immediately after the first growing season).

This Teasel Tincture is a truly highly concentrated tincture. One-to-one, whereas one-to-ten is common.

Composition
Teasel tincture
Maximum concentrated alcoholic extraction (ratio 1:1)

Ingredients
Water, ethanol, Teasel (Dipsacus silvestris L.) root extract 1:1

Usage:
Initial course of 6 weeks: Start with one drop in the morning and one drop in the afternoon. On the second day, add one drop in the evening. Day three, 2 drops twice a day, day four, 3 drops twice a day, day five, 4 drops twice a day and day six, 5 drops twice a day. Then 5 drops 3 times a day.
Drink 2 litres of pure water and/or pure herbal tea such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Light course of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day.
Then 5 drops 3 times a day
Drink: 2 litres of pure water and/or pure herbal tea such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Medium course of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day. Then 20 drops 3 times a day.
Drink: 2 litres of pure water and/or pure herbal tea such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Intensive course of 8 weeks: 1st week 5 drops 3 times a day, 2nd and 3rd week gradually increase to 30 drops 3 times a day. 4th to 8th week further increase to 40 drops 3 times a day (maximum 3 x 120 drops)
Drink: 2 litres of pure water and/or pure herbal tea such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
