Ingredients
Shilajit extract (mumijo), HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-caking agent), selenium (ionine), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
