Why is this product not suitable for those under 18?

This is because the safety and effectiveness of many herbal preparations have not been extensively studied in this age group. Most studies are conducted on adults. Additionally, children and adolescents have a faster and more sensitive metabolism, which means active substances may be absorbed and processed differently compared to adults.
I'm looking for something to support my mood (especially mood swings, restlessness, but also something for my energy and sensitivity to stress). Is RelaxComplex (Vitakruid) a good match with Saffron & L-theanine? Thanks in advance.
