I am taking this supplement along with GABA Plus from Vitakruid to help me sleep better. In particular, staying asleep can sometimes be a bit tricky. If I want to go to sleep around 11:00 PM, what is the best time to take these supplements?

Have you already tried a good magnesium supplement first? Consider Super Magnesium.
You could then use GABA additionally if it is not sufficiently effective. Relax Complex is more intended for daytime use.
For instance, you could take Relax Complex at lunch or in the afternoon and the Super Magnesium (and GABA) an hour before going to bed.
Can I take relax-complex after dinner to sleep better, or is it not advisable because of the B vitamins and D3, and does it actually give you more energy? And is this combined with a multi-vitamin or a vitamin B complex not overdosed, especially if you take 2 a day?
On 21 march 2023 by Customer serviceA deficiency in vitamin B and D can also cause insomnia. Additionally, vitamin B6 is an important co-factor in converting serotonin into the sleep hormone melatonin. Therefore, this relax-complex can be taken in the evening to support sleep.
It is possible to take this relax-complex in combination with a multi-vitamin, especially during periods of high stress or a busy and active life, where you use a lot of B vitamins. If you use 2 relax per day, then it is not necessary to combine this with a multi-vitamin.
