The taste is good, results only after 3 months but so far satisfied
I think this product is amazing!!! I can clearly notice a difference when I've taken them. Unfortunately, they are quite pricey.
Supports my hormonal balance and is easy to take, with no unpleasant taste. It's great that it's a vegan product.
Works very well for me with {***}. Drawback, incredibly expensive! Tip, also for vitamin store, on Bol.com it's considerably cheaper, always around €40,- now even €37,- As much as I love shopping at the vitamin store, I purchase this product elsewhere.

How long can you use the DIM?
On 20 may 2025 by Customer serviceDIM complex can be used for an extended period. However, we do recommend taking a break of 2-3 weeks after every 3 months
From what age can these tablets be used? My 13-year-old daughter would like to use it due to PMS and weight gain from menstruation.
On 10 december 2024 by Customer serviceDIM complex is generally recommended for use by adults aged 18 and over. This recommendation is based on the fact that the hormonal system in younger individuals (children and teenagers) is still developing, and the use of hormonal support, such as DIM, may have unknown effects.
