High curcumin content
Using a turmeric extract with a very high curcumin content (95%) has a significantly greater effect than raw turmeric (curcumin 2-9%). Supplements with raw turmeric have almost no health-promoting properties. The curcumin dosage (2-9%) is simply too low for that. However, when there is a high-quality curcumin extract (95%) in a high daily dosage (650 mg), numerous effects can be attributed to the herb.

Variety of curcuminoids

Moreover, the presence of Bioperine® significantly improves the bioavailability of the curcumin C3 complex. As a result, the curcuminoids are absorbed 20 times better! Furthermore, the combination of the curcumin C3 complex and Bioperine® provides a 276x(!) better bioavailability than a product with only a standardised 95% curcumin extract.
