I use a few drops of the electrolytes in my morning coffee. Not only do I find that tasty, but I also experience no discomfort in my legs for at least half a day.
I put these drops in my water bottle when I exercise to replenish everything
I use this when I fast for an extended period, such as three days or more. It truly helps keep {***} at bay and provides me with the energy to complete my fast. Highly recommend.
I contacted Vitaminstore some time ago. I was looking for a supplement that I could use during IF and prolonged fasting (72 hours). I experienced cramps the first time. Is this also suitable for children aged 8 and 10?

The recommended dosage for this age group is 2.5 ml (half a teaspoon) per day, diluted in a litre of water, juice, or another cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and always dilute the supplement as indicated.
