On 21 august 2026 by Customer serviceThe lower-dosed Black Seed capsules may be used by children from the age of 8, dosage: 1 capsule of 450 mg per day. However, the higher-dosed Extract is not suitable for children.
For your information, Black Seed oil may be used by children from the age of 3; the dosage is 0.05–0.1 ml per kilogram of body weight per day.

Why should this not be used during pregnancy? Is it safe to use after childbirth if you are breastfeeding?
On 08 december 2020 by Customer serviceBlack seed is discouraged during pregnancy because it may have an inhibitory effect on contractions. It is also not advised during the breastfeeding period as there are no safety studies available.
