DRC (vegetarian gastro-resistant capsule), F.O.S. (fructo oligo saccharide), micro cryst. cellulose/plant fibres (filler), digezyme (multi enzyme complex), rice concentrate and extract (excipient), probiotic blend*.
*probiotic blend (10 different strains, 3 billion per capsule in equal parts): Bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium animalis lactis, bifidobacterium L longum, lacto bacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactococcus lactis, lactobacillus paracasei, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus salivarius, enterococcus faecium.
Adults, take 2 capsules per day on an empty stomach with a glass of lukewarm water.
