Unfortunately, expensive junk that doesn't really work. Here I am again in the middle of the night, unable to sleep as I've been for several weeks now. I won't be buying this again, what a sham....

Valerian root extract (32.9%), glazing agent (talc), sucrose, rice starch, glazing agent (calcium carbonate), filler (cellulose), glazing agent
(gum arabic, shellac), colourant (titanium dioxide), firming agent (silicon dioxide), filler (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearates), glazing agent (kaolin, polysorbate 80, carnauba wax, beeswax). Gluten-free.
Take 2 tablets with water 3 times a day. Swallow the tablets whole. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
