The current European daily recommended amount of fibre is 25 grams, something many of us do not achieve with our modern diet. Fermented guar bean fibres are an excellent fibre supplement because they can normalise the bulk of bowel movements by retaining moisture and simultaneously forming a soft gel that allows the stool to move more easily through the lower digestive tract.

Guar bean fibres (Sunfiber*) 5 grams

Fermented Guar Bean Fibres from Indian Guar Beans (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba).

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage

Take 1-2 level scoops (5-10 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised.
Preferably take with a meal and mix with water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid. Allow the drink to stand for a moment to give the fibres a chance to dissolve completely.

The fibres can also be added to yoghurt, juice smoothies, or warm foods.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
