I see that the dosage specifically mentions 1 capsule for children aged 4-12. But I assume that adults can also use this? Is the dosage then higher? I would love to hear back! Best, Marina
On 14 february 2019 by Customer serviceThe three bacterial strains in this formula are also very suitable for adults. It amounts to a total of one and a half billion bacteria per capsule. As a maintenance dosage, 1 capsule per day is perfectly fine. If there's an increased need, you can safely take 2 or even 6 capsules per day.
