I have been suffering from osteoarthritis in my knees for years. That's why I started using Synofit premium capsules years ago. When taking them twice a day wasn't enough, I increased to 3 times a day Synofit premium capsules. Since then, I have hardly any {***}. I can really enjoy sports. I have had a shoulder ligament reconstruction on the left, which makes this shoulder a bit more vulnerable, and I have an Achilles tendon injury. {***} In short... I am super happy with Synofit!!!
It took a few months before I noticed the difference, but it is indeed a huge improvement. I have been using it for 3 years.

Can I take zinc, selenium, vitamin D3 K2, and magnesium with this product? That's what I'm currently taking daily.
