How many calories are in 1 capsule?
On 24 february 2026 by Customer serviceFor Surya Bio Amla Churna, which is a powdered form of Emblica officinalis (amla), the calorie content per capsule is extremely low.
Since each capsule typically contains around ~500 mg of amla powder and pure plant powder has very few calories, you can estimate the calories per capsule to be about 1–2 calories at most. This is nutritionally negligible.
Amla is a natural plant powder used traditionally in Ayurvedic supplements and is not calorie-dense like food sources.
