Springfield L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid and is involved in many processes.
Most tissues in the body are capable of producing glutamine themselves.
Because we produce glutamine ourselves, this amino acid is considered non-essential.
In particular, the skeletal muscles produce a large amount of glutamine, but fat tissue, lungs, and brain can also do this. Virtually all cells in the body can produce glutamine.
Springfield's L-Glutamine is manufactured according to strict standards and is of high quality.

Take 5 to 10 grams spread throughout the day, at least half an hour before a meal.
