NADH function in the body
NADH consists of nicotinamide (vitamin B3) and ADP (adenosine diphosphate). Nicotinamide is a precursor of NADH, which is formed in the body when food is digested and broken down into sugars, amino acids, and lipids. The hydrogen, which results from the breakdown of these substances, is converted into NADH through a metabolic mechanism called the citric acid cycle. High doses of vitamin B3 cannot replace NADH. Vitamin B3 does not exhibit any of the positive effects that have been observed with NADH.

Take 1 tablet per day, 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach
