Recommended use:

I am very satisfied with this product. However, I recommend taking it after meals. I sometimes took it before, but then I experienced severe stomach cramps. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow.
After the antibiotic course, this probiotic is taken as a course. You notice after a few days that it works.
Pleasant product, easy to take.

Since my antibiotics course, I have been taking Aadexil. I have gone through menopause and would like to take Bacilac Femina to improve my intimate flora. I have read that Bacilac Femina is very suitable for this. Can I use it simultaneously with Aadexil? Or is it better to first strengthen the gut flora due to the antibiotics course and then switch to Bacilac Femina? I would like to start with the latter as soon as possible, as it also contributes to urinary tract health.
On 22 may 2024 by Customer serviceIt is indeed possible to use Aadexil and Bacilac Femina simultaneously. They contain different strains of probiotics that can support both gut flora and intimate flora.
However, it is always a good idea to listen to your body and observe how it reacts to the combination of supplements. If you feel any discomfort, it might be worthwhile to start with one product and later add the other.
Bear in mind that, although these supplements can contribute to well-being, they are no substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Just before birth, you could also consider using the Orthiflor Start. This formula is less comprehensive than the Aadexil but has the advantage that you can also give it to the baby. This is especially recommended if the baby is born by caesarean section and thus bypasses the birth canal.

On 20 january 2017 by Customer serviceI just spoke with the manufacturer/importer of the Aadexil probiotics 6 billion caplets. He stated that the caplets must be swallowed whole. In terms of composition, the product is suitable for children from 2 years old, but in terms of administration, it is only suitable for children who can swallow these little balls.
You could soak the caplets in some lukewarm water (or juice) and then crush them finely. Then, as previously indicated, stir and drink.

However, it is noteworthy that Solgar's formula contains only registered strains that have been selected for viability. Additionally, the bacteria are in a carbohydrate complex that ensures optimal passage through the stomach.
However, similar claims are made about Aadexil. The manufacturer states: "The patented formulation with Bio-tract technology ensures that the probiotic bacteria arrive at their destination virtually intact. Once there, the bacteria are released over a period of six hours. This means that, thanks to the Bio-tract technology, a constant amount of probiotic organisms is present for an extended period. The viability and activity of the probiotics in Aadexil are better guaranteed by the special, patented processing. The identity of the probiotics is verified with genome analysis, ensuring better quality."
All in all, Aadexil seems to me to be the better choice, but I cannot say that with certainty. There is nothing wrong with using one product first and then the other. You will benefit from the supply of all 11 strains (7 + 4).
Another excellent product is the Super MicroFlor. This contains no less than 35 billion bacteria, divided over 8 registered strains.
