Very fast delivery. Works well.
Skin has improved and is stronger. I had thin skin. Redness has subsided. In combination with vitamin C and rosehip, this is excellent for combating redness. I look better.
Good product.
I started taking this along with the fish oil due to my [.....]. Together it really works; my [.....] has not completely disappeared, but it is much, much less.

Does this product also contain isoflavones, since it is derived from soybeans among other things?

Are they large pills/capsules, and if so, can you open them, or is that not feasible in terms of taste?
On 31 march 2020 by Customer serviceThese capsules are relatively small, approximately 13 by 5 mm. You can open the capsules and mix them with food or drink. Given that selenium has a specific odour, it may also have a distinctive taste, but this is subjective and a matter of personal experimentation.

From Solgar, this would be the Prenatal Nutrients pregnancy multi. This provides 10 mg of vitamin E per 2 tablets, which is significantly less than the 168 mg found in the Vitamin E with Selenium. (The Prenatal Nutrients is originally a 4-per-day formula and therefore provides 20 mg of vitamin E at that dosage.)

These antioxidants help to prevent the sensitive fatty acids in fish oil (EPA and DHA) from oxidising prematurely. In other words, fish oil and this vitamin E & selenium supplement complement each other very well.
