Good product, highly dosed and clear in description.
According to many studies, it would have a beneficial effect, but it has also been shown to have no effect. I think I belong to that group, as the jar of 120 tablets is nearly empty, and I cannot say that I have noticed any difference. There are better alternatives on the market.
Bought for my mother with [.....] and she has benefited greatly! She has been able to completely stop using [.....] and [.....]. She takes 2 a day in combination with Solgar's vitamin C.

Solgar was always known as a top brand, but I was advised against it because it supposedly no longer contains what is promised! The brand is said to have been taken over by DSM. Is there any truth to this?

You indicate that the OptiMSM in these supplements from Cardinal Nutrition is present, but I understood that OptiMSM is a trade name of Bergstrom Nutrition. Is that the same company? Could you tell us more about this? Thank you in advance.

I am already using L-Lysine 1000, aloe vera capsules both from Solgar, and the fish EPA omega 3 capsules from Orthica. Can I use the MSM from Solgar alongside these?
