I have been a loyal user of Solgar Vitamin B complex for many years, but now I am having trouble obtaining them here in Belgium. A trip to the Netherlands to stock up is just too far for me. So I am very pleased and my problem is solved. I cannot do without these vitamins and I find them to be the best. Regards, Nicole

Usually, one jar doesn't work immediately.. with a second jar you can already see some effect. The Megasorb Vitamin B-Complex is truly fantastic!! I really feel fitter thanks to this vitamin.

You can replace all of these with 3 tablets of the Female Multiple. For some nutrients, the dosage will be slightly lower, but if you have been using the above products for several months, the likelihood of having a deficiency now is very low. The Female Multiple provides more than enough of the various nutrients for general maintenance, including 400 mg of magnesium, 200 mcg of selenium, 150 mcg of iodine, 10 mcg of vitamin D2, 400 mg of vitamin C, 300 mcg of biotin, and 200 mcg of vitamin B12.
The Female Multiple provides 15 mg of zinc and 1500 mcg of copper per 3 tablets. If you were to combine the Female Multiple with 1 or 2 tablets of the MSM 1000 mg, then the Skin, Nails and Hair Formula would also become unnecessary.
You do not necessarily need to use both Chlorella and Spirulina. You can alternate between a pack of one and the other.
For the Chitosan and Milk Thistle Complex, I could mention alternatives (milk thistle, chitosan), but I am not aware of any combination product, so these would remain as two separate products.

A multivitamin with relatively small, easy-to-swallow tablets is the Multi Vitamins Complex.

If desired, the total intake of B vitamins (including B12) can be further increased with the Brewer's Yeast (beer yeast powder). This can be combined with any multivitamin.
