Since I started using Acidophilus from Solgar, I feel much better. I am very pleased with it. I did consult a specialist first.
Solgar offers vitamins based on natural ingredients. No synthetic components, only those that the body recognises. And that’s why it delivers the promised effects. I am a fan of Solgar and want nothing else.
Convenient to use, as it’s not a pill. Quite inexpensive as well and delivered quickly!
Fantastic product that I also recommend to my loved ones.
I ordered the advanced tablets and received them the next day as agreed. A splendid delivery. I have also been rid of the [.....] thanks to the good bacteria contained in these tablets, which I highly recommend.

Since this product contains probiotics in a carbohydrate complex that is resistant to stomach acid and bile, and the bacterial strains have been selected for their resistance to stomach acid, it is not necessary to take the product on an empty stomach or to dissolve it in water first.
Regarding the number of capsules: for general maintenance, 1 capsule is sufficient. Immediately after a course of antibiotics or when extra support is needed for any reason, take 6 capsules, preferably divided throughout the day (for example, 3 times a day, 2 capsules). For maintenance, you may also take 2 or 3 capsules per day, depending on your preference.

The broadest composition of all (no less than 29 different strains) is found in the Prescript Assist, a thoroughly researched probiotic.
